I booked VIP Limo service for our wedding day transportation from our reception to our hotel.  We confirmed their arrival the week before and a day or two before the wedding.  On the night of the wedding, the "limo driver" arrived in a YUKON, not a limo as was stated in our contract.  My matron of honor and my mother both commented on this to the driver and he indicated that a Yukon was on the contract, and that he didn't have time to go back to their office and switch out the vehicle.  When we saw the YUKON vs. a limo, I was very disappointed and noted this to driver.  He tried to tell me that this vehicle was noted on the contract, which I had with me (and it states "Limo 8 passenger").  After that, he had nothing to say.  The next day, the company did agree to reduce the price from $125 to $78, and while I appreciate the price reduction, I am still VERY disappointed, as now my wedding album will always have photos of us getting into an SUV, as opposed to the limo we requested, which does not have the same feel at all (still, 2 months later, everytime we show our wedding album to people, it irritates me to show them the page with the Yukon).  My husband and I also did not like having to share the space with the driver.  It was like taking a taxi, where you have to make small talk with the driver.  And, this was our first opportunity to talk to each other all night (we did not realize that when you get married, you hardly get to talk to each other, as you are each working the room, trying to talk to everyone that came to the wedding).  But, in our first opportunity to talk about the night, we had the YUKON driver sitting right there with us...we did not have the privacy of a limo.  I would not recommend this service to anyone, as they did not deliver the promised service.  When I tried to fight the charge with my credit card company, the "limo" service said that if we didn't want to be charged, we should have refused the service that night!  So, basically, their solution would be to leave us at the venue, to avoid incurring a charge.  I'm sure if we had done that, they would have still charged us, because we had a contract.  However, part of their reasoning to maintain their charge with my credit card service was that our "contract" was not really a contract, just a "credit card authorization."  So, I guess you have to commit to them, but they really do not have to commit to you.  Like I said, I would discourage anyone from signing a non-contract with this company.

  Excellent Time! Party of 12 adults for my wife's 40th Birthday. The stretch Hummer was amazing. It was definitely a show stopper when we pulled up at Winstar Casino. Brian, our driver was very attentive to everyone's needs. He made sure that everyone was having a great time. We will be using VIP Limo again and requesting BRIAN as well.   This was the best decision ever for a senior prom.  All parents felt extremely secure in sending off 10 high school students with Dennis, who was a previous fire fighter.  The kids had a great time listening to their music and having fun under the protective eye of Dennis.  The owners of VIP conducts security background checks on all drivers.  Additionally, everyone at VIP was friendly , helpful and delivered a quality experience!!  I will use them again for sure!!!

I started VIP Limo & Sedan Service in 1988 and it’s been an awesome business.
